Operational management becomes new owner of Schober Information Group Deutschland GmbH
- Successful innovation course to become a “Data & MarTech provider” is continued
- Customers benefit unchanged – from data, analytics and marketing technologies
Stuttgart, 29.07.2021 – Schober Information Group Deutschland GmbH has new shareholders with immediate effect: The management team consisting of Sylvia Türcke (previously Chief Operating Officer), Martin Brahm (previously Chief Sales Officer) and Peter Ambrus (previously Chief Legal Officer) is taking over all shares in Schober Information Group Deutschland GmbH. For five years now, the well-coordinated management team has been ensuring a consistent realignment.
Today, Schober Information Group Deutschland GmbH, as one of the most modern Data & MarTech providers in DACH, supports customers in digitization and data-driven marketing. The previous sole shareholder, Schober Investment Group GmbH, headed by Ulrich Schober, will focus more on the investment fields of blockchain, e-commerce and food&health tech in the future. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The new/old management will consistently continue the innovation strategy that has been initiated.
Data and MarTech provider for DACH
Schober Information Group Deutschland GmbH has its roots in dialog marketing and has been supporting clients in B2B and B2C marketing for over 70 years. The management team has used digitization to align the company with innovations to meet the latest market requirements: The focus today is on digitizing sales and marketing processes. This is supported by AI-based analysis models and modern machine learning algorithms. The new owners will consistently continue this course of innovation and the orientation as a Data & MarTech provider.
Universal Data Orchestration
The most important new development is the universal data orchestration platform (udo) for data-driven sales and marketing processes in B2B and B2C. Customers not only automate their market communications with the technology platform, but also provide a true 360° view of their customers by breaking down data silos. Based on behavioral insights, CRM tactics are developed, targeted lead nurturing processes are triggered and thus sales are increased.
New data, new channels, new technologies and new owners
“Schober Information Group Deutschland GmbH supports companies in their digital transformation and develops digital business areas. To this end, we have consistently developed further in recent years: New data, new channels, new technologies – this is where we are at home as a Data & MarTech provider. With the change in ownership, we can implement this strategy even more consistently,” explains Martin Brahm, the new managing partner.
“We know the company, its prospects and development opportunities inside out. That’s why we jumped at the chance to succeed it,” says Peter Ambrus, the new managing partner.
“The management buyout is the next logical step for us as a team to consistently continue the digitization of the company that we have started after years of restructuring and realignment. Of course, our customers can continue to rely on our professional services and our drive for innovation,” says Sylvia Türcke, new managing partner.
